Esma Süleyman was born in 1989 in Trabzon.
She completed her medical education at Karadeniz Technical University between 2008 and 2014, receiving the title of Medical Doctor in 2014.

In 2015, she began her residency training in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine. She became an ENT specialist in December 2019 and was appointed as an Otolaryngology Surgeon at Erzincan Training and Research Hospital. During this period, she performed numerous rhinoplasty surgeries and began to advance her skills particularly in facial aesthetics.

In January 2022, she resigned from her public service position and worked for two years at a private center in Istanbul, focusing mainly on rhinoplasty.
Since January 2024, she has been providing services at her own private clinic, primarily in rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic procedures.
